Mr. Clayton Adolphus Thompson A longtime resident of Colindale, died on 4 May 2017 after a long illness and hospitalization. His memorial service is scheduled for 1130 on Monday, 22 May 2017 at The Hyde United Reformed Church, Varley Parade, Edgware Road, Colindale NW9 6RR (0208 200 9123). Interment will follow memorial service at Hendon Cemetery, Holders Hill Rd, London, NW7 1NB. He will be entombed with his wife Gloria who also recently passed away. Following that, there will be a reception in his honor at The Hyde United Reformed Church large hall. In lieu of flowers, an offering will be taken during the church services and will be given to the Great Ormond Street Children Hospital in his memory. Donations can also be sent directly to the Hospital on his behalf. Clayton was very family-minded and was the rock of the family. So he will be sorely missed by his family here in the UK, the USA, and Jamaica (his native homeland). He was greatly loved by his family especially his two living sisters Eulis (living in USA) and Lorna (living in the UK). All who knew him loved him. He will be greatly missed.
