PROCTOR, JESSIE Sadly passed away at home on 2nd September 2011, aged 93. A devoted Wife to her late Husband Bill. Dearly loved mum to Bill and his wife Bernadine. A very special Nan to Yogi, Steve and Mark Funeral Service on Monday 19th September 2011 at 1.40pm at West Herts Crematorium.
