DETECTIVES are involved in a murder inquiry after a man was stabbed to death in Southall last night.
The man, in his late 30s, was rushed to hospital but died after emergency treatment.
Scotland Yard said officers were called to Trinity Road just before 7.50pm.
The man, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at 11.44.
His family have been told. There have been no arrests.
This morning, Southall Broadway was closed to traffic, causing gridlock on surrounding roads. Buses were being diverted via Lady Margaret Road.
