PINT-SIZED rapper Lady Sovereign is set to release her new single Those Were The Days this April.
Taken from her debut album, Public Warning, the release coincides with a UK tour which sees the midget MC playing Koko in Camden on April 11.
Despite a rather lukewarm reception to her debut record, Lady Sovereign will now be hoping to "crack" her homeland with her upcoming tour.
After being snapped up by Jay-Z and flown across the Atlantic in a blaze of publicity, critics and fans alike will be keen to see if the mouthy Londoner has lost any of her "robust" British charm.
Although reports of her walking out of US shows in a strop are numerous, fans of the Garage MC's beats and rhymes will be sure to welcome her back with open arms.
Those Were The Days is released on April 16 and available as a download from April 9.
