CONSERVATIVE Fabio Conti has won the Northfield ward by-election for a seat on Ealing Council.
He joins colleagues David Millican and Theresa Mullins as the third Conservative representative for the ward.
The result was tight, with Mr Conti winning by 120 votes from Anita Macdonald, of Labour.

The by-election was called in March when Conservative Mark Reen resigned, citing changes in his work commitments as the reason.
Fabio Conti, 26, a doctor, who is single, has lived in Northfields all his life. He had previously stood for the party in Elthorne Ward.
The result does not affect Labour’s majority on the council.
