Doctor, nurses charged over Ealing abortion clinic death
A DOCTOR and two nurses have been summonsed to appear at Ealing Magistrates’ Court over the death of a woman from Ireland following an abortion at an Ealing clinic in January 2012.
Detectives are investigating the death of a 32-year-old woman.
They have charged Dr Adedayo Adedeji, 62, Gemma Pullen, 31, and Margaret Miller, 54, with manslaughter by gross negligence and failing to take reasonable care of others
All three have been summonsed to appear on Friday, June 19.
