SOUTHALL Day Centre celebrated its 40th anniversary with Virendra Sharma, MP for Ealing Southall, and the Mayor of Ealing, Cllr Tejinder Dhami.
It is one of the oldest Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) charities in the country, originally formed in 1978 to provide services for the growing older population of first-generation Asian immigrants to Southall.

Southall Day Centre is a subsidiary of Catalyst Housing, formerly Ealing Family Housing Association, which provided its first permanent home.
It operates now from two locations, in Western Road and Lancaster Road
