Turning Japanese at the Broadway
TONKOTSU, the Japanese Ramen bar and restaurant, has opened at Dickens Yard, Ealing.
The signature stock is made from scratch each morning, while fresh noodles are created from mid-century machines imported from Japan to complement the different stock flavours.
Dickens Yard marks the 11th restaurant for Tonkotsu.
It follows recent openings at Dickens Yard by Pasta Remoli, Blo Bar, Kumon and GAIL’s Bakery.
