WORLD Car Free Day is being celebrated in West Ealing on Sunday (22) with a series of events.
The event encourages drivers to take a break from their vehicle for one day and highlights the many benefits of having less traffic throughout the neighbourhood.
There will be designated PlayStreets to give people a chance to bring a sense of community spirit to the whole street by closing it off to traffic for a short period.
It allows neighbours to mingle and run events and activities, and children to play on the road safely.
