AN Ealing entrepreneur and philanthropist has been awarded the British Community Honours Award for services to charity.
Param Singh received his award at the 19th annual BCHA awards in the House of Lords from Baron Sheikh.
The citation read: “His voluntary work has included a wide range of organisations, including charities, faith and inter-faith groups.
“One of the projects he has most recently been involved with is an app to support professionals in finding mentors to help them with their career aspirations.”
Param said: “I hope to continue to do what I can towards promoting diversity and inclusion within society and the world.”
