A PHOTO exhibition celebrating South Asian heritage, tours of the neighbouring area and lessons in Tai Chi and Qigong are among the attractions at Gunnersbury Park and Museum in September.
Being South Asian showcases the work of eight artists and includes a diverse collection of historical and contemporary images.
It is free to enter and runs from Thursday, August 26 to Thursday, September 30, noon-4.30pm with late-night opening on Fridays until 8pm.
Movement and Still Meditations: Introduction to Tai Chi (and Qigong) features gentle holistic exercises, often referred to as moving meditations. The workshop will run every Tuesday in September and October, 11am-noon. £10 per session or £70 for the full course.
Little Flamingos is the club for under-fives on Wednesday, September 8, 11am-noon. It costs £5 per child while adults go free.
Among the talks and tours is Vibrant Southall: A Walk Through Time on Saturday, September 4, 11am-12.30pm. Cost is £12.
