A NEW operator is being sought for the W3 Health and Fitness Club in Bromyard Avenue, Acton, a victim of the COVID lockdown.
W3 temporarily closed in March 2020, due to Coronavirus restrictions, and shut permanently in late 2020.
Offers are being invited by Savills for the leasehold, which expires in 2037. Current rent is around £1.2m a year.
The purpose-built centre, which was operated by Virgin Active, includes a swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi pools, solarium and ice cave. There are also 12 tennis courts.
The building was opened in 2002. The site also includes the adjacent cricket ground, sub-let to Shepherds Bush CC.
