STUDENTS from St Benedict's School in Ealing let their talent shine through in a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
It marked a welcome return to the stage after two years of COVID restrictions and virtual performances.
Narrators Lucas Holmes, 18, and Elena Russo, 17, told the biblical story of Joseph and his jealous brothers.
Rhodri Darwent, 17, gave an outstanding performance as Joseph, and his powerful delivery of Close Every Door to Me was particularly impressive.
The rest of the cast brought to life Joseph’s brothers, including Potiphar (Elikem Nornoo, 17), and the Pharoah (Theo Zachariou, 17).
Special mention must also go to the chorus of younger pupils, from Year 7 upwards, and the band, who brought vibrancy to the classic musical numbers.
Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's blockbuster musical was an uplifting celebration of live performance after so many virtual events.
