TRAVELLERS with ATOL-protected trips from Dream World Travel are being supported by the UK Civil Aviation Authority after the firm, based at Ealing Broadway, ceased trading this week.
Dream World Travel, an independent founded in 2006, also traded under the websites: www.dreamworldtravel.co.uk, www.al-umrah.com, www.biznessclassflights.co.uk, www.bookholidaysonline.com, www.bookonlineflights.com and www.detltd.com
It sold mainly long-haul travel, including to the US, South America, South East Asia and Australia.
An ATOL-protected trip is one where a valid ATOL Certificate has been issued.
The CAA says it is collating information from the firm and will update its website, including consumer advice, at www.atol.org.uk as soon as possible.
