THE Morton Arms in East Acton, which has undergone a £160,000 facelift, welcomed two special guests to admire the new look.
Ealing Central and Acton MP Rupa Huq was joined by East Acton ward councillor Hitesh Tailor.
A big part of the makeover was a name change from the Wishing Well to its current title, which pays homage to the late Geoff Morton, born in Acton in 1922 and known for his goalkeeping and cricketing talents.
The Morton Arms, at 61 Old Oak Common Lane, is part of the Craft Union Pub Company.
