BRENTFORD Football Club is working in collaboration with an Ealing-based home care company on community projects.
The tie-up started with a dementia awareness event at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust’s Stadium Hub on Wednesday (21), which was World Alzheimer’s Day.
Home Instead Ealing was established in 2008, providing home care to more than 70 people, including specialist dementia care.
The firm already hosts a Memory Club at The Royal Harvester in Hanwell and at the Spire Café, St Paul’s Church, Brentford.
Members of these clubs, their families, as well as clients of Home Instead, were invited to attend, along with fans of the Bees.
Tony Hussain, owner of Home Instead, said: “By working [with the Trust] we will be able to reach even more people - and that’s what has motivated us.”
