THREE Ealing borough pubs are promising a pint or a short for as little as £1.29 in January.
Managers at The Red Lion and Pineapple in Acton High Street, the Sir Michael Balcon in The Mall, Ealing, and The Greenwood Hotel in Whitton Avenue West, Northolt, all Wetherspoon pubs, are reducing the price of drinks and meals from January 3-17 inclusive.
Sale prices include a pint of Ruddles Best at £1.29, a Bell's whisky (with mixer) at £1.29, a pint of Guinness at £2.89 and a Lavazza coffee (with free refills) at 99p.
Red Lion and Pineapple manager Alessandro Pian said: "Department stores and shops hold their sales in January, so it is the perfect time to have a sale in the pub, too."
