EALING Broadway shopping centre is again encouraging people to take their first step into a retail career in a free training programme, called Bright Lights.
It aims to give people aged 18-plus an introduction into the business through advice from experts, one-to-one coaching and support with interviews and CV writing.
Due to run from Monday-Friday, March 20-31 – with the first week taking place virtually and the second at Ealing Broadway’s resident cinema, the Ealing Project - the scheme will offer insight on how to prepare for an online interview or assessment.
It also offers tailored support six months after they have completed the initial programme.
Andrew Rollings, centre director, said: “The scheme offers locals an invaluable opportunity to develop their understanding of the retail industry, gain confidence, and kick start their career.”
If you are interested in attending, email brightlights@thelaunchgroup.co.uk.
