POLICE are appealing for witnesses are investigating after a motor cyclist died following a collision in Old Oak Common Lane, Acton, on Friday afternoon.

They were called alerted by ambulance staff at 3.16hrs after the crash, which also involved a car.

The rider, aged 35, died at the scene. His family has are being supported by specially trained officers.

The car driver of the car was taken to hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

There have been no arrests.
