A WOMAN appeared in court today (9) charged with murder after a body was discovered in the Grand Union Canal at Southall.
Arizo Nour, 33, of Feltham, was remanded in custody and will next appear at the Old Bailey this Friday.
It follows an incident where police were called to an address in Feltham on Sunday after concerns for a person’s welfare.
Nobody was found inside the property, but there were signs of a disturbance.
After searches were carried out in the canal, off Bulls Bridge Lane, on Monday, the body of a 57-year-old woman was found.
Inquiries continue.
