CHILDHOOD friends turned entrepreneurs Amit Sra and Vivek Behl are opening Valhallan, a youth esports gaming centre in Gunnersbury Avenue on Saturday, September 2.
Valhallan’s first UK arena – based at 12 Park Parade – offers young gamers aged seven to 17 a balance of competition and education.
The opening day incudes a virtual address by twice European Esports Championship gold medallist Emma Rose and a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Ealing Southall MP Virendra Sharma.
From 2-5pm, there will be advice sessions and mini-competitions, with refreshments for gamers and their parents.
A prize draw will offer a prize of six months free membership and a set of top-of-the-range wireless gaming headphones.
