THE final London Transport Museum Depot Open Day event at Acton Town will be held from September 21-24.
As the Depot is normally closed to visitors, open days allow people to see discover the collection of 320,000 objects not on display in the Covent Garden Museum.
They can view the Poster Store (Thursday and Friday only) and Art Store (Saturday and Sunday), visit London Underground stations – in miniature – and see lifelike models of stations such as Acton Town, Aldwych and Piccadilly with the Hidden London team (Thursday and Friday only).
Visit ltmuseum.co.uk/whats-on/depot-open-days closer to the event for the full programme of activities.
Adult tickets cost £17 and £8.50 for children. Children aged three and under go free.
Concessions are available, including residents’ tickets for people in Ealing, Hounslow or Hillingdon.
