TEMPLE Road, Southfields, is to be resurfaced and its pavements improved following a petition by residents to Ealing Council.
Work will start this month when a new layer will be spread on the road, called micro-surfacing.
Cllr Gary Malcolm (Lib Dem, Southfield), who handed in the petition, said: “After years of having many potholes it is about time the residents of Temple Road got their street resurfaced.
“We worked with them so we could present a petition to the mayor, and this has led to the council agreeing [to do the work].”
