EALING resident Russ Lidstone, who has worked in marketing communications for 30 years, has been awarded an honorary doctorate of letters by the University of West London.

He was one of six people awarded an honorary degree in ceremonies held at Twickenham Stadium where thousands of students graduated. 

Mr Lidstone, president of Inizio Engage XD and Chief Marketing Officer of Inizio Engage, Russ was recognised for his role as an adviser to the London School of Film, Media and Design’s advertising and PR courses.
