THREE charities based in Middlesex have received a £1,000 Christmas gift thanks to the Benefact Group.
They were nominated by the public to win a share of £120,000 as part of the Benefact Group’s annual 12 days of giving Christmas campaign.
Soul Kitchen, a charity that aims to provide a free hot meal to those in need, and Woolly Hugs, an online community that makes blankets, are among public support, alongside Hillingdon Autistic Care and Support.
More than 2,200 votes were cast.
Mark Hews, Group Chief Executive of Benefact Group, said: “We know £1,000 can make a huge difference to the incredible work charities do.”
Benefact Group is the third largest corporate donor in the UK.
