A NEW paid opportunity for artists in the community was announced by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation today (13).
The Old Oak West Ideas Book is a new publication that will commission work by local artists, illustrators, designers and creatives.
Chief Executive David Lunts said: “[It] will enable us to create a vivid and exciting publication that translates what the community has told us they want to see.”
OPDC was established by the Mayor of London to ensure the regeneration of Old Oak West, a brownfield area spanning Ealing, Brent and Hammersmith & Fulham.
The Ideas Book will communicate residents’ vision for the future of Old Oak West, while also showcasing creativity.
Applications for The Old Oak West Ideas Book should be submitted by February 18. Further information can be found here
