MORE than 2,300 secondary school students across seven schools in London will receive a hard-hitting lesson on the dangers of under-age drinking.
Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls in Acton will benefit this Wednesday (24) as the theatre production Smashed embarks on its largest tour yet.
It combines drama with inter-active workshops to help students understand the facts, causes and consequences of under-age drinking and drive down alcohol consumption.
Each 25-minute performance is followed by a 35-minute workshop, during which participants have the opportunity to reflect on the themes and answer questions.
Now in its 15th year*, Smashed has visited students in 38 countries.
