THREE men will appear in court tomorrow (Monday, 24) charged with the murder of 20-year-old Sebastiaan James-Kraan, who died in hospital after being shot in Templeman Road, Hanwell.

They are all charged with murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. The defendants are:

  • Javier Rodriguez-McDonald, 18, of Emanuel Avenue, Acton
  • Jayson Rodriguez-McDonald, 19 of Uxbridge Road, Ealing
  • Emmanuel Mgbean, 19 of Alperton Lane, Perivale

They will all appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court .

Sebastiaan’s family have been updated on developments as they continue to be supported by trained officers.

Det Chief Insp Wayne Jolley said: “I am still keen to hear from anyone who may have information about what happened to Sebastiaan.”

Chief Supt Sean Wilson, in charge of policing in Ealing, said: "I know a death caused by gun crime will cause considerable concern in the local community.

“My thoughts are with the family and friends of the victim and my officers are doing everything to support the murder investigation.”

A statement from the family said: "Sebastiaan was cruelly taken away from his family at such a young age.

"He was a kind, loving, gentle man with a beautiful soul who will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends. A gentle giant with a heart of pure gold.”
