ST Benedict's School in Ealing reported an outstanding set of results from this year’s A-level students.
It continues a strong upward trend over recent years. Almost half of exams taken (49.8%) were awarded an A*or A grade and 83.2% were awarded A*, A or B.
The vast majority of students are heading to their preferred universities, including 88% to the Russell Group: Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle, Durham and Imperial College, London.
One student is going further afield to study Business & Economics at the University of California in San Diego.
Headmaster Joe Smith said: "These superb grades are the best in the school's history under normal assessment circumstances.
“For half of the grades to be at A*or A, and 83% at A*, A or B is the mark of an academically very serious school indeed. We are over the moon!”
