IT’S that spooky time of year when the Cole family, from Northolt, are constructing their Haunted House to attract visitors and raise funds for Meadow House Hospice in Southall.
As each year goes by, the family are inspired to make the Hallowe’en celebrations at their house in Kempton Avenue on the Racecourse Estate bigger and better than the last.
This time, as well as welcoming the Radio Harrow team, they are planning a special opening at 5pm on Hallowe’en Night with a performance of the Thriller flashmob routine by SA Dance group.
A tarot reader, The Oracle, will be seeking £10 donations to the charity for her services.
The Candy Witch will also be in her 'treat shop' where people can buy freshly-made pop waffles, popcorn, light-up candy floss and hot drinks.
The big challenge will be to brave the Haunted House walk through. Donations will admit you into the house, where you will find live actors, special effects and animatronics.
Each child visitor will receive a free bag of sweets.
