IF you live or work in West Ealing and you’re proud of the area, you are invited to a meeting at St John’s Church next Thursday (24) at 7.30pm.
It follows a similar event, headlined ‘Mess’, hosted by West Ealing Neighbours in February. This is a follow-up. Issues to be discussed include:
Dean Gardens car park
Green Man Estate
Gurnell Swimming Pool
KwikFit development
Manor Road
Majestic Wine/Hastings Road
St James’ Place
Waitrose development
Old Woolworth’s site
Lammas Park drainage
The 2024 WEN annual meeting will also take place on the night. Councillors, MPs, electricity and water suppliers and housing associations have been invited.
A total of 150 residents attended the February meeting and a similar number are expected on Thursday.
WEN is a 19-year-old residents’ group: www.westealingneieghbours.org.uk
