A COMMUNITY healthcare team in Ealing is the first to earn accreditation from the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Scheme.
It recognises the hard work and dedication to providing excellent care for patients by Ealing Pulmonary Rehabilitation team.
The accreditation process took place this month, when the Ealing PR team underwent a rigorous assessment.
Assessors praised the service as outstanding, with particular emphasis on its patient-centred approach.
The leadership team was also commended for its drive towards excellence over the past two years.
The assessment team, made up of clinical and lay assessors, spent the day conducting interviews with staff, service leads, patients and carers on site.
