MENTAL health charity Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing, and Hounslow Mind is partnering with Rocks Lane to provide free tennis sessions.
It’s part of HFEH’s 30 for 30K Campaign, along with the Queens Club Foundation. Lessons would take place at Rocks Lane’s Bishops Park centre.
Rocks Lane runs an all-inclusive sports centre and programme, reaching out to all sectors of the community, enabling people to play sport whatever their circumstance.
The tennis lessons will be taken by instructors provided by Queens Club Foundation.
Anyone looking for support on the day or simply wanting to find out more about mental health can drop in.
The free lessons are open to all levels over the age of 16 and are aimed at individuals struggling with their mental health, those who could benefit from regular exercise and those who would like to meet new people.
Rocks Lane have blocked off multiple courts for the initiative.
