AN EALING priest has been charged with a string of sexual offences against boys.
Father David Pearce, 67, a former head the junior school section of St Benedict's School, was charged in November with 24 counts of indecent assault, sexual touching and gross indecency with six boys aged under 16.
The counts relate to incidents before and after 2003, when the law was changed to create sexual touching as an offence.
The Priest, who was arrested at his home in Ealing Abbey, Charlbury Grove, in January following allegations from a pupil, retired from teaching 15 years ago.
He is due to appear at Ealing Magistrates Court this Friday, December 12.
