THE North London Golf Academy in Greenford is now affiliated to England Golf, the governing body of the sport.
The centre is unique in using Trackman 4 software across its practice bays, creating an interactive experience for golfers of all abilities.
Additionally, the practice bays also offer a fun and engaging way to practise, where players can compete with their friends and family thanks to the enhanced real-time feedback.
The academy is engaging with youngsters across the community, including Brent Valley Golf Club, through its Parakeets programme.
England Golf’s affiliation programme will help in a range of areas including, safeguarding, sustainability and participation programmes. There are now more than 40 affiliated centres around England.
Giulio Merolla, director and head pro at NLGA, said: Today’s new entrants to the game are more discerning and need to be entertained from the off.
“Let’s make golf more fun and engaging for players of all abilities, ages and backgrounds.”
